Pharao24 We Planned to Look at One Cabinet. We Ended Up Furnishing Every Room.
Posted on |
Why We Liked the Sample Idea
Furniture shopping has a reputation.
Long showroom visits. Confusing delivery fees. Prices that change at checkout.
So when we opened Pharao24, a German online furniture shop, we were curious how it would handle all of that.
We expected a cabinet and a few tables.
Instead, we found a store that sorts itself room by room, with a promise on the front page that the first price you see is the price you pay.
The First Thing We Noticed Was the Free Part
At the very top, the shop lists shipping and returns at 0 euros. It also lists purchase on invoice and delivery into the home.
That changes the mood.
Furniture is heavy and expensive. A shop that says up front who pays for shipping and returns removes a big worry before you have picked anything.
The shop also says it is price transparent. The price you see first is the final price, and it covers shipping.
The Offers and Perks Live Right Now in Pharao24
| Perk | Details From the Shop |
| Shipping | Free delivery within Germany |
| Returns | 14 day right of return after receiving the goods, with return shipping covered by the shop |
| Pay by invoice | Available |
| Prepayment discount | 2% off when you pay in advance |
| Samples | Free fabric and wood samples for many items |
| Finance | Instalments through Klarna |
| Payment options | Direct debit, instant transfer, credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay |
The shop lists no site wide sale code on its home page. The perks above are standing offers, not a time limited promotion.
Four Pieces We Looked At Closely
The shop sells more than 30,000 items, so we picked four from its own bestseller and new lists, with prices as listed.
1. Pine Cabinet Samoon
Price: 359.00 euros
- Solid, oiled pine in a country house style
- Listed first among the bestsellers
- Free return shipping and phone advice listed on the page
Solid pine at this price is easy to like. The oiled finish keeps the grain visible, which suits a rustic hallway or bedroom.
Best For: Country style homes on a modest budget.
2. TV Lowboard Lozar
Price: 1,329.00 euros
- Solid wild oak, oiled, with a flap
- The priciest piece on the bestseller list
- Described as well made and good value
This is the splurge. If you want a TV unit that looks like a real piece of furniture, solid oak is the point.
Best For: Living rooms that need a statement piece.
3. Teak Hall Bench Leandra
Price: 189.00 euros
- Solid teak in a rustic style
- Free shipping is listed
- A practical seat for a hallway
A bench is a small purchase that fixes a daily annoyance: where to sit and put shoes on.
Best For: Small entrances and busy family hallways.
4. Glass Side Table Marissa on Wheels
Price: 149.00 euros
- Transparent glass, 60 cm high, with wheels
- The cheapest of our four
- Easy to move between sofa and chair
Glass keeps a room feeling open, and wheels make it useful.
Best For: Living rooms where space is tight.

The Support Side We Did Not Expect
A furniture shop can feel faceless. Pharao24 tries to avoid that.
The shop lists a phone line that is open Monday to Friday from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening, and Saturday from 8 to 6. You can send a product question from any item page, or email the service team. It also says it takes orders by phone, fax or letter, and prepares offers for large orders.
For a big purchase, that matters. A wardrobe is not a pair of socks. Being able to ask about size, material or delivery before paying is worth something.
Why We Liked the Sample Idea
Colors look different on a screen than on a wall.
Pharao24 says it keeps fabric and wood samples in stock for many pieces and sends them free. That is a small thing that saves a big mistake.
If you are unsure about a finish, order samples first and hold them against your floor and walls in daylight. It takes a few days, but a wrong sofa takes much longer to fix.
What the Customer Reviews Say
The shop shows a score of 4.7 from 12,321 reviews, collected through eKomi, an independent rating platform.
The recent comments on the page talk about prompt customer service, careful delivery and good quality for the price. A few mention a delivery that took a little longer than expected. One buyer mentions an assembly service that went smoothly.
Remember that reviews on a shop’s own page are curated by the shop. Read the independent ratings too.
A Few Things We Would Check Before Buying
We like the clear promises, but a smart buyer double checks.
Measure your space and your door width first. Furniture arrives in big boxes, and the delivery crew cannot fix a cabinet that will not fit through a stairwell.
Look at the delivery time on each item page. The shop says stock items arrive within days, while pieces made to order after you buy take longer.
Check the return rules for made to order items. Return terms can differ for custom products, so read the details on the page.

Room by Room: How the Shop Is Organized
The shop sorts furniture by room, which makes browsing simple. It covers the living room, bedroom, dining room, children’s rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, office and youth rooms. There is also garden furniture, bar furniture and home accessories like lamps, rugs and mirrors.
It also sorts by style, such as country house, shabby chic, modern, Scandinavian, industrial and vintage.
For a first visit, start with the room you are furnishing. Then filter by material and price.
