Brast24 Offers Free Delivery in Germany and Austria and 30-Day Returns, but Read the Ratings First

What Brast24 Is Offering Right Now
Brast24 is a German online shop for garden and outdoor goods, run by Bon Mercato GmbH in Munich under the BRAST brand. Its homepage did not load for us, so the deal details below come from the shop’s listings on outside sites that we checked on October 12, 2026. Where that matters, we say so.
| Offer | Detail |
| Beach chairs | Free shipping on Strandkörbe (beach chairs) |
| Outdoor whirlpools | An MSpa promotion, no amount or end date shown |
| Delivery | Free to Germany and Austria, no minimum order value |
| Returns | 30-day return period |
| Buyer protection | Trusted Shops, covering purchases up to €20,000 |
The coupon page notes that some expired codes may still work. We would not count on it. The cleanest savings are the free delivery and the free shipping on beach chairs.
What the Shop Sells
Brast24 describes a broad outdoor range. From listings and reviews we saw:
- Lawn mowers, lawn edgers, and scarifiers
- Garden tools, a brush cutter, and a tiller
- Gazebos, garden sheds, and greenhouses
- Outdoor furniture, beach chairs, and parasols
- Outdoor whirlpools from MSpa
- SUP boards and other leisure goods
- Patio heaters and solar showers
- Replacement parts
This shop sells to buyers in Germany and Austria first. One FAQ mentions Switzerland, with different conditions, and none of the pages we read mention shipping to the United States. If you live in the US, check before you plan an order.
What Customers Say about Brast24
Ratings matter more than banners with a shop like this, so here are the numbers.
| Source | Result |
| Trusted Shops rating | 4.3 out of 5, labelled “Good” |
| Review count | 7,507 on billiger.de and 20,644 on the Trusted Shops page, so the two do not match. |
| Star split (billiger.de) | 5,042 five-star, 1,241 four-star, 356 three-star, 165 two-star, 703 one-star |
| Net Promoter Score | 70, from a small sample of 30 reviews |
The five-star share is about 67%, and the one-star share is about 9%. That is a good result, but not a flawless one.
Customers praise fast delivery, solid performance on mowers and leaf blowers, and replacement parts that fit. The complaints are also consistent. Some buyers reported defective items, concerns about durability, and slow help with warranty claims. A few criticised the carrier DPD for poor tracking and missed deliveries.
Delivery, Returns, and Payment
Delivery is free to Germany and Austria with no minimum. The shop lists the carriers Post/DHL, GLS, DPD, Hermes, and freight forwarding for large items. Featured products on billiger.de showed shipping at €0.00.
Returns run 30 days. The pages we read do not give the return shipping cost, so read the terms and conditions before you order a heavy item.
Payment options on the billiger.de listing are broad: Visa, Mastercard, prepayment, invoice, financing, direct debit, PayPal, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, and Klarna. Support is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time, by email or phone.
Why Consider Brast24?
Choice is the first reason. One shop covers mowers, sheds, patio heaters, and spas, so a garden project does not need five orders.
Cost clarity is second. Free delivery with no minimum in Germany and Austria means the sticker price is the price you pay.
Payment flexibility is third. Invoice, financing, and Klarna give buyers more ways to spread out a big purchase.
The shop’s rating is the fourth reason. At 4.3 out of 5 on Trusted Shops, it is above the middle, and Trusted Shops buyer protection adds a safety net up to €20,000.
The caution is service. Reviewers report weak warranty help and durability concerns on some tools. Keep your invoice and photos in case you need support.
Brast24 vs. OBI vs. Hornbach
| Parameter | Brast24 | OBI | Hornbach |
| Delivery cost | Free to Germany and Austria, no minimum | Free on online-only deals; no general threshold shown | Prices may exclude shipping from carriers DHL, GLS, IDS, and Raben. |
| Returns | 30 days | 30 days | Return guarantee badge, no window shown |
| Current promos | MSPA promotion, free shipping on beach chairs, no active codes | Bosch 18V garden and electric tools, Oct 5 to Nov 4, 2026, at participating stores | No dated garden offers |
| Price approach | No price promise shown. | No price promise shown. | Permanent low prices, even after purchase |
| Payment | Visa, Mastercard, invoice, financing, direct debit, PayPal, Giropay, Sofort, Klarna | Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, cash | PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Riverty, invoice, transfer, gift card |
OBI and Hornbach have physical stores, so they suit people who want to see a tool first. Brast24 is online only, and its main advantage is free delivery plus a wide range of garden items in one place.
Reading the Star Ratings
The star split on billiger.de adds up to 7,507 reviews: 5,042 five-star, 1,241 four-star, 356 three-star, 165 two-star, and 703 one-star. Add the top two groups, and you get 6,283, which is about 84% of reviews are at four stars or better. The two lowest groups add up to 868, or about 12%.
That is a good record for a shop with a wide catalogue. It also means roughly one in eight buyers were unhappy. For a cheap rake, that is a small risk. For a €500 mower, it is worth planning around.
A Simple Plan for Big Orders
If you buy a mower, a shed, or a spa, take these steps:
- Read the product page for warranty length and what is covered.
- Check the delivery method. Large items are shipped by freight forwarder, and the pages do not say whether you must be home.
- Look at the returns terms for return shipping costs, which we could not find.
- Pay with a method that has its own protection, such as PayPal, and keep the Trusted Shops buyer protection in mind.
- Take photos when the parcel arrives, before you open it.
- Save the invoice. Reviewers say warranty help can be slow, and paperwork speeds it up.
Price checking is also smart, and it takes only a few minutes. A tool such as a mower is sold at OBI and Hornbach too, so compare the same model, the delivery cost, and the return rules side by side before you decide.

Final Verdict
Brast24 is a reasonable pick for garden gear in Germany and Austria when you want free delivery and a wide choice. The rating is solid, but service complaints are real, so keep records of your order and check durability notes on any tool you plan to use often. Compare prices with OBI and Hornbach on larger items.
