Blimburn Seeds Promises Free Discreet Shipping, a 99% Germination Guarantee, and “1+1 Free” Tags on Many Strains
Posted on |
This article is for adults and general information only. Blimburn says it sells cannabis seeds in the US for souvenir and collector purposes, and that seed laws vary by state. We did not review state laws. Check yours before you order. Nothing here is legal or medical advice.
Offers at Blimburn Seeds
| Offer | Detail |
| 1+1 Free | A tag on many strains, such as Fat Bastard, Motor Breath, Future #1, Hippo High, and Blackberry Moonrocks. Terms not explained |
| Grower’s Hub | “Earn Cashback, Free Seeds, Instant Coupons,” details behind a rewards link |
| Monster THC deal | A promo banner, no terms shown |
| Veterans Discount | Linked, no details shown |
| Invite a Friend | Linked, no details shown |
| Shipping | “Free & Discreet Shipping,” no minimum stated |
The “1+1 Free” tag is the main deal, but the page does not say how it works. Look at the product page and your cart to see whether the second item is free seeds or a free pack before you pay.
What Seeds Cost
Prices fall as the pack gets bigger. These are the prices shown for four products.
| Product | 1 Seed | 3 Seeds | 6 Seeds | 9 Seeds |
| Bubble Gum Sherb (feminized) | $10.50 | $25.20 | $39 | $48 |
| Fat Bastard (feminized) | $17.50 | $42 | $65 | $80 |
| Hippo High (feminized) | $19.50 | $49 | $85 | $98 |
| Strawberry Haze Autoflower F1 | $24 | $65 | $99 | $119 |
Larger packs were also listed for three of them.
| Product | 25 Seeds | 50 Seeds | 100 Seeds |
| Fat Bastard | $195 | $320 | $580 |
| Hippo High | $242 | $407 | $727 |
| Strawberry Haze Autoflower F1 | $298 | $495 | $898 |
What You Pay Per BlimburnSeed
Here is the cost per seed, which is our math from the prices above.
| Pack | Fat Bastard | Hippo High | Strawberry Haze Autoflower F1 |
| 1 seed | $17.50 | $19.50 | $24.00 |
| 3 seeds | $14.00 | $16.33 | $21.67 |
| 6 seeds | $10.83 | $14.17 | $16.50 |
| 9 seeds | $8.89 | $10.89 | $13.22 |
| 25 seeds | $7.80 | $9.68 | $11.92 |
| 50 seeds | $6.40 | $8.14 | $9.90 |
| 100 seeds | $5.80 | $7.27 | $8.98 |
Buying 100 Fat Bastard seeds costs $580. The same number bought one at a time would cost $1,750, so the large pack saves $1,170, or about 67%. Few buyers need 100 seeds, so the 6-seed and 9-seed packs are the ones to compare. Moving from a single seed to a 9-seed pack cuts the Fat Bastard price per seed by about half.
Shipping and the Guarantee
The homepage says every order leaves the warehouse within 24 hours in plain, unmarked packaging. It says standard US delivery usually takes a few business days. A January 2025 trade news report said the company opened a dedicated warehouse in California and expanded a warehouse in New York City, with delivery in 2 to 5 days. That report is older and from a trade outlet, so treat the timing as a guide.
The germination promise is 99%. If a seed from an unopened pack fails to pop, you contact support and the guarantee covers it. The homepage does not say what the fix is, whether a reship or credit, or how long you have to report it. Ask support before you rely on it.
We did not find a return policy on the homepage.
Payment and Rewards
Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, credit card, bank transfer, cash check, Venmo, and crypto. The page says checkout is encrypted.
Grower’s Hub is the loyalty program. It promises cashback, free seeds, and instant coupons, but it hides the tiers behind a link. If you plan to buy more than once, read the rewards page first and see what you get at each level.
Why Consider Blimburn Seeds?
The first reason is shipping. Free shipping with no stated minimum is rare in this category, and a 24-hour dispatch promise is fast.
The second reason is the guarantee. A 99% promise is higher than the 80% guarantee some competitors post.
The third reason is the volume pricing. The per-seed cost on large packs falls well below the single seed price.
The fourth reason is catalog size. The site title lists 1,240 strains.
The caution is the thin print. The 1+1 tag, the rewards tiers, and the guarantee fix have no details on the homepage, and no star ratings or review counts appear.
Blimburn Seeds vs. Crop King Seeds
| Parameter | Blimburn Seeds | Crop King Seeds |
| Current deal | 1+1 Free tags on many strains | Buy one pack, get the same size free |
| Welcome offer | Grower’s Hub rewards | 1 free seed and a 10% code for newsletter sign-ups |
| Free shipping | Free, no minimum stated | Over $200; under $200 pays $20 express |
| Germination guarantee | 99% for unopened packs | 80% if guidelines are followed, one-time reshipment |
| US delivery time | A few business days | 5 to 7 business days in North America |
| Pack sizes | 1, 3, 6, 9, 25, 50, 100 | 5, 10, 25 |
| Payments | Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, crypto, bank transfer | Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Interac e-Transfer for Canada |
Blimburn has the lower shipping bar and the higher guarantee percentage. Crop King explains its guarantee in more detail, including a reship. Crop King says US orders ship from the US via USPS. Prices are not directly comparable, since Crop King shows only a “65.00 to 240.00” range for feminized packs without a stated currency.
A Simple Budget Example
Say you have $100 to spend. The prices above show what that buys, using the 9-seed packs.
- Bubble Gum Sherb, 9 seeds: $48. That leaves $52.
- Fat Bastard, 9 seeds: $80. That leaves $20.
- Hippo High, 9 seeds: $98. That leaves $2.
- Strawberry Haze Autoflower F1, 9 seeds: $119. That is $19 over budget.
The gap between the cheapest and the most expensive 9-seed pack is $71. These are our calculations from the listed prices. Prices differ by strain, so look at the strain page for the pack you want, and check whether the 1+1 tag changes the total in your cart.
