It is completely reversible so it doesnt matter which side faces forward. A great gift for a loved one. I set the heart in fine silver that I made from silver stock. The pendant comes with a sterling silver bead chain. This sweet little heart measures 14 mm in width and 19 mm in height. This one is ready to ship; I have more of these shells and can make more of these on request.
