Other Wine Balido Orange Wine 11.5% (750ml) Fruit Sour was a three-year old lambikOur new orange wine, from the Uruguayan Pampas. Balido means bleating in Spanish a nod to the sheep that roam the vineyards whilst the vines are dormant and whilst Trebbiano makes up the majority of the liquid, it gets its signature amber glow from the Petit Manseng skins. Trebbiano bunches are destemmed over the tanks and kept in maceration along with Petit Manseng skins for 90 days for natural clarification. Fermented with selected native yeasts.
